SPRING A TIME OF RENEWAL

Again I have been remiss- my blog has hibernated over the winter months. Well here we are- Mid September 2013 and spring is here. The Oaks along the driveway started to leaf/bud on the 2nd of the Month. It is still very dry and no rain to speak of yet, but it will come. Our planting schedule for veggies is placed with the seedling supplier and Thursday this week is planting day. Going in are Spinach, boccolie,cauliflower,crispy lettuce,bush beans,baby marrows,carrots, radish and some herbs. We will be planting approx 1500 sedlings a week for the next 10 weeks. Chicken sales are still down, but in time will recover, and our Adirondack chairs are really selling well- doing around 10 per month now. pic of our latest attached
