YEAR END- GOODBYE 2012 HELLO 2013

Well, Christmas has been and gone with the ususal fanfare of presents by the bucket load to all those fortunate to be under 10 years old.
The family has gathered at the farm once again and this brings great joy to Anne and I. The 80 cc yamaha has been truely ridden this year, Daniel kitted out like a championship rider seems to be welded to the seat.
The little ones have walked, JD biked, played rugby soccer and a version of cricket, swum, painted and many other facinating occupations. Fighting has been minimal and crying much reduced from last year.

My last chicken and vegetable delivery was on the 19th December and sales from the farm have remained quiet. Container sales have picked up over the festive season, but I am sure will drift backwards over January and February.

We tried on Christmas evening to send up some Chinese lanterns as it was a beautiful night, but alas, the devices failed to lift off, much to the dissappointment of the little ones, and anger from Rowan and Nick who tried all four purchases. So much for our space mission.
