SPRING PLANTINGS

This is a very exciting time of the year, fresh green grass in the pastures, glorious blossoms on the garden trees and my chance to plant the vegetable range for this season.

Things are being done slightly diferently this season, we are planting 10 or 20 mt tranches of this years range every two weeks, until the row lengths are filled.

although today is chilly, mainly wind chill, the recently planted cauliflower, broccoli, red salad cabbage and spinach seedlings look to be doing great. We have also seed planted carrots, radish and spring onions.
