THE STORY....

The house was really a secondary consideration for us. so long as it was weatherproof, nicely sized and one floor level, we would be OK with it.
Well, it is an American Ranch style home with a large well designed kitchen dining area. The lounge just off the main entry door is cozy with a well used fireplace. The orientation of the house was well thought out and as the years of experience have taught us, we get the most of winter sun and plenty of summer sunshine. Because of its design, the house is cool in summer and warm in winter.
The main bedroom is huge! I called it large enough to hold a dance in on first sight. the en-suite has been modified by us to have bath shower and loo. We have insalled a terrific airconditioner which has equal warming and cooling capabilities..works a treat.
