THE STORY CONTINUES

  • Surroundings and views had to be special, a feel of high country with wide open spaces.
  • A source of income that was not too dependent on our own inputs and would if possible pay for the monthly property expenses.
  • Secure feel and project potential abundant.
At the 11th hour, we found Watershed, actually drove past it (the for sale sign had fallen down) and remarked.. "little house in the mountains, wish that was the one!" Well the next day we found that it was, and having fallen for it already, the negotiations were brief.
Watershed had all the things we were after and more.
